One of the most essential safety aspects of a car is its rear- and side-view mirrors. Before making a turn or moving into another lane, the driver must be aware of other drivers on the road in order to make an informed decision. Because of where they are located in the vehicle, side-view mirrors are prone to damage. If the car's mirrors aren't mounted correctly, the driver must never start the car. To prevent the driver's vision from being obstructed by a large hauled object, trailer mirrors or stubby trail mirrors must be used when a trailer is mounted.
